Business Beyond Borders arrives at the U.S.–Mexico border.

Women Economic Forum RGV is the Rio Grande Valley edition of a global platform that has convened women leaders across more than 180 editions worldwide. This year, that global stage comes to the binational corridor that connects South Texas and Northern Mexico.

Who We Are

A global forum, founded on sisterhood beyond borders.

Women Economic Forum (WEF) is the conference arm of ALL Ladies League, a non-profit women's network founded in 2015 by Dr. Harbeen Arora Rai. Free to join and open across more than 150 countries, ALL and WEF exist to turn a global sisterhood into real economic outcomes — new ventures, new partnerships, new leadership. WEF-RGV joins that worldwide calendar as the Rio Grande Valley's own edition, hosted alongside sister platforms G100, WICCI, and SHEconomy.

A Global Network

02

A Regional Gateway

The Rio Grande Valley moves goods and people through 13 international crossings — including Pharr, Brownsville, Progreso, and Roma — making it one of the busiest binational trade corridors in the United States.

03

A Region on the Rise

Combined regional GDP grew 12.3% between 2020 and 2023, driven by nearshoring, logistics, and manufacturing investment — placing Valley women at the center of a fast-growing economy.
